Spolied meat (chicken)

I went to the new game stores at mall at reds to purchase some stuff- i then purchased 2 chickens that were marked 30% off price - i was planning to cook the 1 the same day but postponed to do it the next day. when i prepared to cook it, it was spolied and smelly, avoiding to get sick from meat poisining, i threw both of them away. But suggest that they inform customers that the marked down products are not fresh and clean - u actually pay a lower price for spoiled or damaged goods. maybe they must just do away with the food department
