BAD SERVICE!!!

I am appauled by the service that I have received from Woolworths, I bought a top from them, worn it once and the studs tore off. i returned the top to them they said they will take it to be tested. they said that it waill take approximately 2 weekes for the report to come back and promised to call me back.

they never kept to their end of the deal. i had to call them and was later told that the the studs on the top were forcefully removed. that i would have to come in store to negotiate with the manager if i can get a refund or not???!!! what the is that? who would buy something with their own money and ruine it purposely??? for a store that raves about their best quality and value for clients they surely fail dismally! They should actually change their policy of saying that if you are not happy with the product they will gladly take it back and refund, and exchange it for something ese. i find that this policy applies to certain clients of certain races at Woolworths which is a double standard! I am disappointed and livid with the kind of client service that I have received, You are surely the worst when it comes to retail shops!!!
