This is not my first complaint regarding Woolworths and I continue to return believing in the quality and yet again to my disappointment, they have FAILED. I purchased roses on the 05/03/2013 and within 4 days started to look as though they were dying. This is not the first time this has happened, yet as a loyal customer I return only to be left disappointed in the quality. I also purchased 2 x jerseys which are new with labels (I dont have slips as who really hangs onto that) which I need to change. I was told at Canal Walk Customer Services to go to the store I purchased it from and they will gladly exchange. This was however not the case and yet again I'm left to wonder if Woolworths are really passionate about their customers and keeping them happy?
