I have been a Woolworths client for some time now. I was very upset and disappointed when I recently purchased a pair of shoes via your online store. The shoe was in a bad condition:
The shoe didn't come in a Woolworth's box.
It looked as if it was worn already (had brown marks on the sole).
In addition to that the shoe has black scratch-like marks on the leather like finish.
It is pathetic to source your clients such tattered items. When I tried to return the shoe, by calling the call centre, my call was continuously cut. It is really disappointing to get the level of service from a very well reputed company.
Whenever I have purchased items from you in the past, I have received high quality merchandise. This time, however, I am appalled at the quality of the product you provide to online users, surely the item must be checked before been shipped out to the client.
