Product not accurate

On the 23 march i brought an alcatel tables and some of the things where explained only to find out that the iteam only required you to use a wi-fi collection even on simple thing like setting up a calender. i took it back and one of the lady Lerato SAID SHE CANT HELP if the iteam is not broken i explained to her what happened and why i'm bringing it back, the wanted to call the lady who sold it to me hence she want at work to explain why she sold that product when everyone in the store refused to selling it, i told them that she did explain where i should get the connection from but she didnt explaine that everything need to use that internet connection of which that was the problem not the iteam, coz i even went to Jet store to find out about the iteam and they tried showing me the iteam but also refused to sell it because of product knowledge but the lady at Adgars said she went to training for it and she was explained how it works, now i'm let with an iteam that is no use to me and i've spent R900.00 all for nothing.
