I asked for a R59 Blackberry bundle and instead was sold a R59 data bundle. consequently I have been left without blackberry and data connection for 6 hours. When I phoned the store to reverse the charge and load up the correct product, Leigh, the sales assistant was totally unhelpful and refused. Even though he and his colleague have clearly mis-sold me the product. What's more, phoned Vodacom customer service who were quite frankly as useful as a chocolate teapot. Stating that they cannot do anything about mis-selling from their colleagues at a vodacom store. Completely washed their hands of it. What a disgusting, lazy and unprofessional attitude to have.
