I ordered two posters from CityMob. One of the posters was incorrect. I have emailed them to ask for the correct poster to be delivered and exchanged for the incorrect one. The first email I sent I received a response saying they will sort out the mishap. That was three weeks ago. Since then I have contacted them another two times and they flatly ignore my request. So I have paid for an item I do not want and they could not be bothered to even refund the money I have spent or try and sort out my query. I would not mind if they told me they do not have the correct poster and refunded me - NO PROBLEM. However, they ignore my requests totally. I will definitely not buy from their website again. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AS THEY CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO EVEN MAKE A SMALL EFFORT FOR THE CUSTOMER IF THERE IS AN ERROR.
