Worst service ever received from online retaile

I placed an order with Citymob (soon to be Superbalist) for item to be delivered by Fri 18/10.I email them saying Ive not received my order. I get an email from a CS agent saying the order has been delivered to someone whom Ive never heard of, &I should "let them know if I manage to track my order".
Are u kidding me? They sent an item which I paid for to some random person, then take zero responsibility for getting it back/delivering another one/refund.
After freaking out&realizing I am left to my own devices to correct Citymob's mistake, I call cust service&spk to Tashwell who also tells me I need to contact the couriers. After reminding him that it was their mistake, he agreed to "follow up" with the courier company. He then CC'd me the email he sent to them, &after that, I heard nothing-despite asking him to keep me in the loop.
Long story short, I spent the next WEEK personally following up with courier Co, with Citymob completely ignoring my emails&request for contact. Only after the Courier Co got involved&me informing Citymob that I was going to post a complaint on Hellopeter, did Citymob correct their mistake!
95% of compliments are abt fast delivery;the complaints are much more serious!
