Oh Wow the most atrocious, disgusting and incompetent service ever! I bought furniture worth R30 000 but today my FLAT SCREEN to date has not been delivered since a purchase that I made on 22 March 2013. Yes, three weeks and I am still waiting. I personally went to the store on Saturday (13 April) top collect the TV since Indira and Peter had confirmed that the TV is available.
Spoke to Sandra from and her service was just as atrocious I then contacted Ricardo from the customer service and he just followed procedure.
And so I ask, is this the service I am suppose to receive after spending so much in your store!!!
