I went into Legit Parow Sanlam Centre on the 10/04/13 and I saw a pair of jeans (72385812) that I loved. I asked for a size 32 and I was told that it was sold out.11/04/13 I returned to the store again - looked through the jeans hoping to find my size to which I noticed that the store mannequin had the exact pair of jeans in the size that I wanted. I asked for the jeans and I was told that they have a small hole and that they cant be sold. Insisted on buying them as I didnt mind the hole - its ripped jeans what difference does a small hole make? still the manager wouldn't hear of it. I then asked her to check Centurion Mall as I will be in PTA this weekend and she did say that you dont have a store there. Upon returning to work I contacted the customer care team with the style code they then contacted the store and now I get an email stating that If I am desperate I can go pick the jeans up. My frustration here is that I went to the branch back and forth 2 days in row, begged to BUY the jeans with "the small hole", ask for possible stores that might have the jeans - did that not scream DESPERATE? Why is my desperation only noticable after I have contacted the customer care team?
