I am a farmer who has only bought Guess Jeans (Bootleg Rockers size 36W 34L) for the last 5 years.
I buy at least 10 pairs of Guess jeans a year, but in the last years all my new pair of jeans tear at the crotch area.
I never realized it until I asked my maid where all my Guess jeans had gone and why I only had my old work Levi's in the wardrobe?
23 pairs of new guess jeans all torn in the same area...
I went to the V&A Waterfront branch where I by all my Guess Jeans and asked to speak to the manage.
The girl behind the counter said she was the manage. I proceeded to unpack 8 pairs of torn, new, jeans (didn't have enough place to pack all 23) on the counter and started to explain...
Her answer... I should only wash my Guess jeans once a month!
Then it came out that she wasn't even the store manager, but rather the assistant who felt more important when she pretended to be a manager!
I left my details and asked that the real manager email or phone me, as I was prepared to give them a chance to explain the sudden decline in quality of the denim Guess is using...
I am still waiting for that call... or any feedback
