In November 2012 I was retrenched, I got in touch with Edgars and was told I have an account protection plan which will take my balance to zero should I be retrenched. I then took all the paper work to the Edgars branch in Hemmingways mall. They told me all will be handled and I am not to worry. At the end of January 2013 I get a phone call from Edgars saying my account is in arrears... now Im shocked because I thought all was taken care of. I am getting constant phonecalls from a national security company who are now harrasing the person I used as a reference and contacting her every day even though they would phone me and speak to me 5 minutes earlier. I mean why phone me then phone me and talk to me then phone her? Its not like Im not answering my phone. You guys need to sort this out.
