MY NIGHT MARE WITH JET RMCS

I have been sending emails and wasting my airtime calling the jet and rmcs call centre to tell me on where is the airtime that they have been charging me on monthly basis and who activated it on my acc without no success, am tired with the way you have been feeding yourself on my accc without my acknowledgement and want you to send me all my statements from January 2012 so that I can see on how many times have been having enjoyment in adding airtime subscriptions on my acc without me knowing. If will count all the monies that I have paid to you guys and want it to be refunded into my bank acc not into my jet acc and also for the jet club magazine that I cancelled in January earlier this year and to the tell of the amount that I was told it was ue on my acc in January after making a full payment of R16. The attitude that I also received from the representatives in church street joburg, midrand and birch acres was so annoying. I want a feedback today after 16:00 as it's the time that I will be free at. I'm so disappointed with your service, no wonder many people prefer to open acc with other stores.
