Incorrect signing up for club benefits

I opened my edgars account in Oct/Nov 2012. I did not opt for club benefits on the application form and i was not charged for the benefits or receiving a magazine. In feb 2013 i started receiving magazines and charges were being added to my account. I went in to the store that i had opened my account, namely boardmans midlands mall and a nice staff member had dialled the call centre from the store to query on my behalf. The lady at the call centre took my details and said she would look into it and get back to me. A few months passed and i went back to the store to check if anything had been rectified, to date i am still being charged for club benefits. Firstly, this is in breach of my contract with edgars, there is a reason that you complete an application and select/ opt out of services. So they had signed me up for additional benefits without my consent and have not bothered to get back to me to date.
