SENDING SMS'S TO INCORRECT CLIENTS

I recently received an sms from a company called MDB Inc who are Edgars' collection agency. The sms said there was a non-payment on my account. I ignored it as I know my account is always up to date. Today I received another sms advising that non-payment on 'my' account was being sent to a registered credit bureau. This time I decided not to ignore it and phoned MDB. The woman asked me for my cell number which I gave her. She said the account was in the name of a Mr? (Dlamini) or some such other name. She said the sms had been sent to the incorrect person.

Edgars - get your facts right before getting your collection company to send sms's of this nature. You have lost a customer as I am now closing my account with you.
