I went to the Cresta Edgars branch today in search of a pair of white ladies Converse sneakers. I struggled to find any on the floor and also struggled to find the staff member who was manning the ladies shoe department. I finally came across the manager, who simply ignored me and passed me onto another staff member, who was also not willing to assist. Long story short, they did not have any stock, thus I left. I phoned the Clearwater AND Sandton branches (both Active and Edgars) and was met by RUDE, unhelpful service at both of these stores as well. The lack of commitment by managers and staff members alike at all three branches (NONE of which have stock or are even willing to order in for me) is disheartening and quite frankly, unacceptable. I expect to be contacted timeously by someone who has SOME product knowledge and willingness to assist a long standing customer.
