I bought the Rooibos purifying spot control FACE WASH at Dis-chem on the 28th of February 2013. I used the product for 4 days and I stopped because I was getting serious reaction, I developed rash on my face and on the Monday of the 04th March 2013 my face started swelling and the rash got worse (mind you I stopped using it on Sunday). I called the number that is at the back of the product on that Monday. The swelling got worse as the days went by and on Wednesday it was extreme, my eyes were 98% closed and again I contacted the company, I even sent them the pictures. I had to contact them every time as they never bothered to check how I am doing, I consulted the doctor three times that week and I told the company so they promised to pay my medical bill to my surprise today they sent an invoice having transferred half of the bill. I really do not understand how they doing things. Even now I am still undergoing the process of healing, my face is acting up and I'm developing rash again and now my eyes tear all the time. I am not happy with African Extracts, I noticed that they are not on Hello Peter so that is why I ended up putting Dis-chem because that is where I bought the wash.
