I recently purchased a 350ml tub of Johnson's fragrance free non irritating aqueous cream. I started using it on my baby and noticed she developed a rash. The rash is dominant on her face. I used the cream when I gave her a bath and after her bath. I noticed a rash developing and getting worse on her face and has also appeared on her body.
I stopped use of the cream.
After closer look at the cream I realized it looked different to the other times I have purchased the Johnson's aqueous cream. The cream has an odor and has fine particles in it.
I called the Johnson's number on the tub and was told to take my baby to a doctor to determine if the rash was really caused by the cream. I was also told to take the product, buy an envelope and post it to Johnson's as it is not possible for them to pick their product up from my home.
I was also offered a R60 voucher to purchase other Johnson's products from Johnson's. Is this supposed to help.
