I bought the Rooibos purifying spot control face wash at Dischem on the 28th of February and I only used it for 4 days and I got a bad reaction. It started as rash and it got worse, my face was really swollen and my eyes were closed due to the swelling. I called the company and reported this issue, I even attached before and after photographs. I was told to send my medical statement as I went to the doctor 3 times and also did blood tests for allergies. I did that and since then nothing has been done. I did the 1st contact on the 4th of March (2013) and I always have to call the company for feedback, till today nothing has been done. They promised to send the courier company to pick up the face products from me for further testing and that has not been done.
