On 28/02/2013 i made an order for shoes through zando and i happened to loose my internet connection and thought i had lost my order and i panicked and started sending them several emails. they responded to all my mail and managed to assist me and througfhout my panik phase and being worried they were veryyyyy cheeerful. I look forward to shopping with these guys soo. and even on the chat line they were sooo helpful.
