I had been coveting a dress which I attempted to purchase on the Style36 cyber monday sale. The website however crashed and I when I went back online, the dress had been sold out and I had been told that it was out of stock. I found one back on the site a few days later, which was convenient as I was planning to return something else I had bought in the sale. I was hoping that they would be able to offer me this dress in exchange for the one I was returning at the sale price. I was told that this would not be possible however after explaining the whole saga to Guido, I was credited with the full amount to purchase the dress I wanted.
Thank you for the great service Guido. Lesson learnt: ask to speak with the manager!
