I complaint about my single seater lounge suit on December 2011 and it was only taken for repairs on January 2013 toll today, the lady by the name of Adele is causing this delay because of her attitude towards Russells employees where I bought the stuff at and towards me also. What I'm asking for is for my lounge suit fixed and back to me.
