I Sean, would like to express my deepest heartfelt satisfaction toward the service that one of your cosultants rended to me a month ago, Dean Beifus.
He was always on point and communicated of the progress every step of the way, when i applied for my unabrigded birth certificate of my daugther at home affairs in oct 2011. i had not received any response for over a year and a half, then i searched of the net for certificate service, that's when i came into contact with Dean... he called me straight after i had lodged my interest into acquiring UBC
He told me the procedures and sent me all the necessary forms to complete, which i did, and forward back to him same day
He was fast and trustworthy even though i was kind nervous, thinking it might be a, as trusting someone over the phone isnt an easy thing, but he assured me, he is very much of interpersonal skills and honest at what he does, and later alone his maturity makes you feel in the right place and very much supported
I learnt to trust him beacuse he was in a constant touch, which as client is more desired and you can only rely to such a person
