My name is Tobeka Majola, I applied for the full birth Certificate for my son last year on the 28th of July 2012. I was told it takes 2 month, now it's over a year and I still don't have the certificate. I have been making enquiries up to this day there are no positive news except reference numbers that they give me with no help.
I made another enquiry today and I spoke to a gentle man called Sbusiso Ndlovu, he tells me now that I have to go a refill in the the forms which I filled last year November 2012, and I have not received a a response since. I am lost for words with anger. I need help with this, I have tried to communicate with Mr. Jabulani who heads up the Home affairs offices in Durban where I did my application before the offices burned down. he too have not assisted at all.
Please can you help me get my baby's certificate.
