My phone broke and i claimed insurance on it. We took the phone into edgars on the 06 March 2013. We then called after 2 weeks for an update and it turns out that they never submitted it to the insurance company because they did not have a signiture on the claim for, Which we would never have found out if we did not call in. i have called the manager there and he has still not given a good reason why we still do not have the phone. it has been 6 weeks and there has been no word on when will we be getting my phone. Everytime i call in they say the same thing that they cant get through to the insurance company. This is unacceptable and this is not how you operate a business. i am very upset as my dad who bought the phone there is a good customer. i have been 6 weeks without a phone and i am very upset!!
