I bought a phone from edgars keywest in december, I took out the insurance, on 6 january 2014 I took it in to have the screen repaired. I was told 2/3 weeks, I have called edgars since and I am not getting a resolve, every time I manage to speak to someone it is " I wil follow up and get back to you" In the meantime I am struggeling with a backup phone I bought a real cheapy as I was under the impression it will be two weeks... Then i found out the delay is caused because the Insurer cant decide to repair or replace the screen/phone. PLEASE HURRY UP I NEED MY PHONE!!
