I have addressed in writing & telephonically to Edcon that I am in financial difficulty because my mum was retrenched & therefore she is now my dependant - I have stressed that I promise to pay R250.00 per month until the account is paid for in full & closed! I have kept to my commitment every month - but still I get a phone call every month 15 times a day - ' eeerrrrrr when are you going to pay us? " the customer service people that call obviously all have been trained at the same place, because they lack respect & customer service. Edcon have ALL my details, I'm not skipping the country & I am paying as promised! I have made an arrangement & I will stick to the arrangement...
