I recently went into miladys at metlife plaza port elizabeth to get a new card as mine was, i did block this card ..i was told they cant pick me up on the system when putting my id number in ..they also couldnt call head offive as the phone is broken..is this a joke? im really dissapointed in the service received... so i cant get a new card .why cant u pick me up on the system ..please see how i keep this account up to date yet this is how a clustomer gets serviced... very bad
