I had purchased my pretty new clothes and forgotten to use my Edgars rewards card to gain points (and Mthokozisi didn't ask if i had one). I went back and Toko said no problem he would load the points on. He tried to to do so with just the rewards card and did not succeed. I know if it was another store, another assistant they would've just said "there you go, it's in". But he said "this way is not working we will just have to start from scratch, " which he did! Reversed everything, refunded, bought back, the whole work and loaded the points! I was so impressed with this. He took the time and effort to help me. and was friendly, chatting to me the whole time, great service.
Infact all the assistants, cashiers i mean (because you can't find an assistant on the floor) are all very friendly and engaging with each and every single customer. I saw this when i was standing in the queue. I hope this is not just because the store is new, please keep it up, very nice.
