I bought a bed from Bed Shop at Signet Terrace in September 2012.
February 2013 my bed is sagging.
Phoned to complain and was told to bring in my receipt, so that they can register my complaint.
Took my receipt in April/May and was told the technician will come and look at it and repair if necessary.
Today, 2nd September 2013, still waiting for the technician to come
I phoned and was told that they will exchange my bed and that i have to pay the delivery charges. Thanks for the exchange after months and months of nothing happening.
However, why should i pay for delivery charges if you sold me a product of poor quality? Seriously if the product was not faulty, no exchange would be needed and i would not be paying delivery charges.
Bed shop this is not on.
