Awful Customer Service - stop buying P&G products

I have tried for 7 weeks to speak to someone at P&G about OOS on Pampers Premium Nappies. I have been given incorrect information and nobody has bothered to come back to me. When pushing to speak to a more senior staff member, I have been blatantly refused and even had the PA to the Sales Director put the phone down on me.
Appalling service and will in future purchase Huggies Gold. In fact making it my mission to tell everyone I know to steer clear of all their products!
