My wife decided to buy the Pampers premium range, after having problems with the normal Pampers nappies. We discovered that the elastic that goes around the babies leg snapped on several occasions. You can just imagine the trouble of changing the bedding, cleaning the floor, cleaning the car. When I looked for the customer care number on the pack, it was in a foreign language. We then took it to Dischem where we bought the nappies. The manager insisted that we take up this matter with Pampers directly as they were unable to assist. I then contacted Pampers and spoke to Tembisa - I was told to courier the nappies to Pampers for them to do a test. When I asked to speak to a senior, The reply was THEY ARE IN A MEETING.
