Shop not helping a custome

I bought a XL bed on friday but my mattress is a standard queen bed size... i asked the lady to help me get a standard size she told me i have to buy a new bed. i havent even used the bed for 3 days and already they are not willing to help me exchange the bed. my ref: is 1nku56. on the receipt there were no exchange policies!!!
