Good day, please assist, according to my XDS profile i have a bad credit record on foschini i was not aware once i have been notified i paid the outsanding amount of R775 on the 19/02/2013 i was adivised by the staff it will be updated within 48hour and the R305 on the 28th february and the account is now up to date however upon calling Fochini helpline i was told thy are not able to do so, but they were quick to put it on XDS. i am trying to purchase a house and this is making it very difficult for me to do so. I have also emails the foschini and to date they are still replying to my query. i would like them to update the profile on my XDS that i am not in arrears with the account. Today it appears that i am in arrear or R930 however i paid what do i do Please assist urgently
