Tuesday at night (03/09/213) around 21:00 was on my way to Bloemfontein and stopped at Ultra City to buy a meal, I bought a Burger with a R200 note at Steers and was given change then I left. Yesterday when I went to buy with the change I was given from Steers was told that the money was fake and as I checked it as well its only then that I saw that the money was fake, and that they took advantage of the fact that it was at night and was in a hurry and was given a rolled up fake R100 note. Today I called the office and was put on hold and transfered a couple of times (all this time I was listening to them laughing as they were claiming to transffer me to a person who can assist), I spoke to Cristina who transfered me to a guy, who transfered me to Liesel then she transfered me to Christina again then she claimed that she's transferring me to Amanda then the phone was put down for a minute or so. I called again only to be told that no one can assist me I should come to Steers and identify the person otherwise no one can help me as they also got that money from a customer, so should I be given fake notes cause someone did it to them?
