After compiling the above complaint - I received a call from someone at [URL Removed] - who did not deign to leave a message on my cellphone when I was unable to accept the call. On trying the number it came out to a switchboard and not an individual.
I have also responded to the hellopeter asking them to return my call, after [URL Removed] left a message indicating that they have "attempted" (yes once briefly) and was unsuccessful,
This is really shoddy service!
