Bad Service and money removed from account

I receive a sms from the century city branch asking me to call them on the 10th of May regarding a cheque deposit into my account. I call the branch immediately and speak to Belinda who informs me that I need to speak to Caileen but she is unable to take the call as she is on another call. I leave a message for Caileen. Caileen does not call back and I try again later that afternoon. Again, she can not take the call so again I leave a message. Caileen still does not return my call. On Saturday morning (11 May), I see 15, 000 has been wrongfully deducted from my account. I call FNB century city and am informed that I don't need to worry by the operator. My balance will correct itself. My balance never corrected itself and I was unable to use my account the entire weekend! I call again 3 times on Monday the 13th of May leaving messages for Caileen who never returned my call. I eventually get hold of her after calling again (Caileen says she never got any of my messages barring the one on friday..but still did not bother to call me back) and my account is corrected 45 minutes later but I get charged R75 for this when it was not my error??? I should be paid for all my trouble
