I sent an email out on the 04 April 2013, to date no reply!!!

To whom it may concern

I bought a shoe by Truworths Zevenwacht Mall on the 12/02/2013 but the glue is coming loose and i like had the shoe on 3 times and not even for a full day at a time.

Not very happy about this as i paid R320, 00 for a shoe and the glue is coming loose and within almost 2 months.

Please refer me to the appropriate person to liase with but i'm furious about this and disappointed!!
