I logged a complain last year and u have followed up with Beares for which i am grateful, however the broken shelve was taken in for repairs after i made the complain. Beares didn't contact me ever since, i didn't get the shelve back also the chipped top of the bedroom suite wasn't taken for repairs, they have just thrown complains back and forth. No after a year of no contact no nothing, i am handed over to Norman and Besset associates, and blacklisted on ITC for N$10 000. Is this fair and is this service? it seems logging a complain with u didn't help either...
I am very disappointed i regret the day i ever signed the contract with them and bought their stupid furniture because even my overdraft facilities at the bank are influenced by this record.. i really will appreciate if you could help me with this.
