Reflects at ITC and Experian but settled years ago

Hi

I had an account with Lifestyle Living, now known as My Home. This account has been settled a good couple of years ago but still reflects on my Experian and ITC Credit Profile as "in arrears" I want this removed from both EXPERIAN and ITC as i have proof this was paid in full.
