EXPERIAN NOT FOLLOWING NCR REGULATIONS?

Hi, I have been under debt review for 5 years, managed to pay off all debt and received clearance certificate. The flag was removed from my report but however the accounts that were in arreas are still reflected. My debt counsellor informed me that the credit bereau are supposed to either remove or clear the arreas on the accounts. I have sent numerous emails to Experian and liaised with various call centre consultants who always seem not sure of what needs to be done. Debt Review has been around for more than 5 years i am sure there is a system in place to assist us efficiantly This is affecting me as i cannot get credit anywhere. TransUnion removed all arreas on my report but Experian is not doing the same thing. Urgent help needed
