Yesterday afternoon the 14th of January i went to pick and pay in Boston, as i am doing for years now and am a familiar face as i am a resident in the area and its the only retail store i do my shopping. My son was with me and purchased airtime for his phone and with his change went back to fetch a bottle of under arm spray. He put the spray in his shorts pocket and dumped the slip. As we walked out the store we were stopped by the security guard and accused of not paying for the spray. We went back into the store to get a print out of the spray from the teller as my son threw his slip away. My son wasnt sure of the teller where he paid and the security guard also couldnt tell us. It so happened that it was the teller next to the one that i paid for my goods that helped my son. She said that he paid and drew a copy of the slip. I have NEVER EVER been so imbarresed in my entire life, all the customers at all the teller points eyes where on us as were surrounded by the security guards and staff. I told him that he should get his facts straight before accusing customers of. I also reported him to his manager awaiting to hear from almost 24hrs later. WILL NOT GO BACK!!
