I still take pride in shopping at Pick n Pay because of the Service Excellence. Went to Pick n Pay Klipfontein in Witbank last week when a guy named Bongani assisted me in choosing a Baby Pram. It was 18:50 pm almost knock off time and Pick n Pay was to close but he was still patient and assisted me until I found the right Pram.
