An inccident happened at the mall involving a friebd and pick n pay. She went shopping for another friend, and had two packets of soup she forgot to pay for to the value of 6rand. They screamed at here and stated she is a and it is not the first time this has happened, but the other occasions was due to her ex many cycles ago. But the did not want to here her out and they banned her from pick n bay. Also they shouted at her in pick n pay self, in front of the other clients that were there, embarressing her and driving her to tears. The big boss also does not wabt to hear her out proving shes innocent, so I think the consumer board or pick n pay head office nead to know about this gross misconduct of pick n pay staff.
