I have used iFlora since the late 90's and they were always great. A bit more expensive than the competition, but always 100% reliable. This Valentine's day, my credit card was billed immediately and I received the 3 standard emails including a receipt and a confirmation of my order.
Needless to say no flowers were ever delivered and the phone number provided is permanently diverted to voicemail. Emails are not responded to. Luckily having paid with my Westpac credit card (I'm in Australia) I simply went to the bank and they are reversing the transaction.
Something has gone seriously wrong with what was once a great company. BE WARNED! DO NOT USE iFLORA!!!
