Unclear Advertising Resulted In Wrong Purchase

I love the new Ouma Buttermilk rusks which are thinner and soaks quite well in hot beverages. So on 11 August while at Bassonia Spar, I thought I was buying the "usual" Ouma rusks.

When my friend opened them a few days later (by now I had already thrown away the receipt) and served them to me, I saw that they were the horrible old style rusks! I went onto your website this morning to find contact details and saw that there are apparently 2 products, buns & sliced - I was unaware that this even existed! Everyone in my family and circle of acquaintances would always refer to the "new improved" Ouma rusks - none of us were aware that there were two separate products as we had never seen and marketing/ promotional activity as such, and truly believe that the traditional "bun" shape had been replaced with the new "sliced shape". When did BOTH sliced and bun rusks make their way onto shelves? I ordinarily buy them from Meyersdal Spar and have never encountered any problems before.

Bottom line though is that I am left with a whole box of rusks that I did not even know I was purchasing. Is there anything you could do to replae this box with a "sliced" box?
