I walked into PnP Kyalami to buy what I thought was sliced Albany bread only to discover, after I'd driven all the way back home, that what I thought was sliced bread was in fact not sliced. I drove back to exchange the bread only to discover that all the loaves of Albany bread in the store were not sliced. Now I would not hold PnP accountable for Tiger Brands' defective goods but what really set me off is the fact the staff member knew that the bread was not sliced but made no effort to remove the bread or at least write a notice informing customers that they'd have to slice bread that should have already been sliced. One can only wonder what other things PnP staff let slip by in the hopes that the customer would not notice or bother driving back.
