How exceptionally disappointing that the clinic service Dischem so proudly speaks of on their website is NEVER open. My sister and mom have entered the Well I am challenge and they were told they need to go and weigh in and do measurements at any Dischem. What a joke!!! They drove around trying to find a Dischem that would help them on Saturday, only to be told they only open every now and again on a Saturday they must go on Monday as they are open every day of the week. Come Monday they drive to Brooklyn branch and surprise surprise the sister is off until the 29th. How pathetic! Do not advertise a service you do not offer - or at least be intelligent enought to put operating hours on the website. PS - I'm STILL waiting for the assistant manager of Woodlands to get back to me (which he promised high and low he would do the very same day)
