Letting Me Down In a Time Of Need-Still waiting

And again I'm still waiting for feedback and kept in the dark. In the last couple of weeks I have been struggling, fighting, pleading and waited patiently. I spoke to Jabu, Sandile, Emanuel who promissed they will get back to me asap. Then I recieved a email only afther my complaint was seen on Hellopeter that somebody will contact me. On Wednesday the 03.04.2012 I was contacted by a LEADER/SUPERVISOR/MANAGER what or who he might be and also PROMISSED to phone me himself no later than 17:00 the same day, FYI today is Saterday if you have lost track of time and needed me to remind you. Shame on you and Edgars who you represent and were suppose to save Edgars repetation. If this is the way Edgars Employees are dealing with their clients by makeing empty promisses I can garentee that you will loose many more accountholders in future. Afther what me and my Family went through the past couple of weeks almost loosing our 2year old that had Bacterial Meningites, a Stroke and has a bloodclot in her brain aswell as brain dammage we never thought Edgars will make life more difficult for us. How much more must we do, and how long will it take for somebody to just step up and do what they are paid to do :-(
