After months of complaining about the cashiers at checkers our 5c coins, and numerous promises from the regional manager, Jeff, they still our 5c coins. When my wife asked for her 5c change at the cigarette counter, the TRAINEE manageress laughed at her, embarrassing her in front of the other customers. Lady, you are from your customers and you think this is FUNNY??
Can you please explain where all these 5c go to. Does Checkers accept it as a bonus at the end of the month or does the cashier keep it at cash up. If the cashier keeps it, it is blatant and I can see why it's done.
On the 6/4/2013, once again I was not given my 5c coin. When I asked the manageress she apologised. Lady, should be charged and not apologised for. I now have come to a stage that the regional manager (Jeff) has proved that he is unable to rectify this store, so maybe it is time that the national manager gets involved. The trolleys are still filthy, the fresh produce are still below par, the service at the bakery and hot foods are still very poor, but nothing ever improves at this store. I am willing to meet with the owners to resolve these complaints.
